Q: How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery takes 2–4 business days. Same-day delivery is available in select areas if you order before 12 PM.

Q: Are all products genuine/authentic?

Yes. All products at Master Toys are 100% authentic, sourced directly from authorized brand distributors.

Q: Can I return an opened toy?

Opened toys can be returned only if they are defective or damaged. Unwanted opened products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

Q: Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes! Gift wrapping is available for select orders. You can add this option during checkout.

Q: Do you ship outside the UAE?

Currently, we deliver across all UAE emirates. International shipping is coming soon — stay tuned!
