Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned: opened board games, water toys, arts & craft supplies, and any item marked as "Final Sale."

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You will be notified via email.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
